1.1 I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE SIZING?

On our website you can find the height of the model, the size the model is wearing and all the additional info.

Need more specific info? Drop us a note via mail or Instagram! 

1.2 DOES MY SIZE/ THE PRODUCT COMES BACK IN STOCK?

What a pity you just missed it! We do our very best to restock sold-out products as quickly as possible, unfortunately this is not always possible. When a product comes back in stock, we always let you know through our social media channels.

2.1 CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE PRICE HAS CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED IT?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

2.2 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A few minutes after you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is processed, you will get an email with the tracking link. 

2.3 I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the amount has been debited from your account, it may be that the e-mail ended up in your spam box. Always check this first! If you can not find it there, we’ll be happy to help you. Send an e-mail with a screenshot of your payment to [email protected] 

3.1 I BOUGHT ITEMS DURING A PROMOTION/ SALES, CAN I RETURN THEM?

Unfortunately items bought during a promotion or during sales can't be returned.

 

3.2 HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

4.1 I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE OR A GIFT CARD, HOW CAN I USE IT?

You can enter the discount code or code from the gift card in the checkout during checkout. Click Apply and the discount will be settled. If there is a message that the gift card is not valid then it probably expired or was not entered correctly. Please note that the characters are case sensitive. For questions you can always contact our customer service.

4.2 I'VE LOST MY GIFT VOUCHER, HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

The purchaser of the gift voucher will need to contact us with the following details:

  • The order number received when the gift voucher was ordered 
  • The value of the gift voucher
  • The email address the gift voucher was sent to
